What we collect
- Information you send us — name, email address, phone number, the reason you chose, and the contents of your message.
- Service details — anything reasonably needed to schedule or complete a notary appointment or to answer an advisory, design, or agents request.
- Technical data — standard server and security logs from hosting and bot protection (IP address, user agent, timestamps). We do not use these to build marketing profiles.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies) — page views and similar usage data via Google Analytics 4. This does not load unless you choose Accept.
Why we collect it
We use this information to:
- respond to your request;
- schedule and complete notary and professional services;
- keep records required for notary work and ordinary business;
- protect the site from spam and abuse;
- understand how the public site is used, and only when you have accepted analytics.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising networks on this site. There is no pre-checked marketing opt-in on the contact form.
Tools that run on this site
- GitHub Pages — hosts the public files.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on the contact form. This is a security control, not marketing.
- Form delivery — your message is posted to a form backend (currently an AGII Twilio Function; Formspree or Basin may be configured instead) so it reaches a monitored inbox. The backend, not this website, holds any server-side secret.
- Google Analytics 4 — only after you Accept cookies, and only if a real measurement ID has been configured. Reject blocks it.
Cookies and your choice
A banner asks you to Accept or Reject analytics cookies. Both choices work. Your choice is stored in localStorage on this device so we do not ask on every visit. You can change it any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Security tools (Turnstile) and form delivery are not optional if you use the form — they are how the form stays usable.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for ordinary professional records. Texas notary records are kept for the period required by Texas law. Analytics data, when enabled, follows Google’s retention settings for that property. We then delete or de-identify information when we no longer need it, unless a longer hold is required by law.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who operate this site and deliver messages (hosting, bot protection, form delivery, and analytics if you consented), and only as needed for those jobs, or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Security
We use HTTPS and ordinary access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
